BUSINESS DEVELOPER

As a Business Developer at P&P Projects, you work in our Sales team. You are a strategic, proactive and social person with a commercial drive. You operate at the front of P&P Projects as a company, and you focus on generating new leas as well as managing potential projects.
What will you be doing?
- Cold and Warm Acquisition
- Operating both at the P&P Projects headquarters as well as externally
- Generating leads
- Maintaining business relations
- Managing project inquiries
- Being actively in contact with the client
- Coordinating action points and information around the project
- Assembling and pitching proposals and tenders
- Organizing, attending and exhibiting at expos and events
- Monitoring sales results
- Managing internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
You are goal-oriented and actively approach contacts to initiate new relationships, to build partnerships and to maintain them. You represent the knowledge, quality and design-expertise of P&P Projects. During a sales process, you are like a spider in a web – you are the first and central communication point in the process and you manage it from start to end. You work towards the targets that you have put up with your team, and you reflect on the results.

P&P Projects is always looking for new talent. For our workshops in Someren and Asten we are looking for freelancers with relevant experience for working in a team on various special projects. We are looking for people in all areas, both in the workshop (woodwork, steel, polyester, finishing, mechanics, light and/or sound technology, electrical engineering and/or installation work), office (project management, purchasing, work planner, engineers, sales) and design (2D, 3D, graphic design, media).

PROCUREMENT OFFICER
We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team.
As a Procurement Officer, you have an advisory and supporting role concerning the use of materials in a dynamic project team. You will be involved in the procurement of basic materials for global projects in the leisure industry. You are an important link within a ‘dedicated’ project team and you work closely together with Project Managers and Foremen.
What will you be doing?
- Work preparation of projects
- Purchasing of materials and equipment
- Placing orders
- Administrating orders
- Order tracking
- Informing team members
- Organizing transport including necessary documentation

- Price agreements
- Planning agreements
- Receival and review of customized products
