What will you be doing?
- Managing project inquiries

- Coordinating action points and information around the project
- Assembling and pitching proposals and tenders
- Cold and Warm Acquisition

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

As a Production Coordinator at P&P Projects, you will work in a passionate team in one of our workshop locations (Someren area). You will operate directly under the Production Manager and you will frequently work together with a variety of disciplines within our company.
Together, it is your job to make sure daily productional operations run smoothly, and that your projects are guided to a successful delivery.
What will you be doing?
- Serve as a point of contact for questions and feedback to the production team
- Secure a smooth collaboration between production teams and Project Management
- Arrange and coordinate tasks according to priorities and planning
- Work on site for installation and supervision of your project
- Collaborate with clients, partners, subcontractors and suppliers (both on- and off-site)
You are responsible for the daily coaching and guiding of your team (10 to 20 people), with your mail goal being to maximize production results in the best possible team effort (including a good work atmosphere!). You oversee (and optimize) process and report these to the Production Manager. Good communication and team building will ensure a well-motivated and efficient work process.
Installations for our projects happen on a global scale – here, you will also serve a central position. This could be in overseeing your own team, or supervising an external (or local) installation team.
An efficient, solution-oriented and safe installation is always priority number one  – taking into account the P&P standards. As a representative of the company, you are a central point of communication and you work closely together with the involved parties on site.

PROCUREMENT OFFICER
We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team.
As a Procurement Officer, you have an advisory and supporting role concerning the use of materials in a dynamic project team. You will be involved in the procurement of basic materials for global projects in the leisure industry. You are an important link within a ‘dedicated’ project team and you work closely together with Project Managers and Foremen.
What will you be doing?
- Work preparation of projects

Internship Project Assistant
We are looking for interns to the take on the role of Project Assistant, starting in January of 2024.
As an intern at P&P you will be supervised by a Project Manager, who will take you on a journey through a unique project and go through various stages with you.
What does the position entail and what do you work on as a project?
Specifically, the following is expected of a Project Assistant:
- performs tasks in the field of organization, budget management, progress control
- set up and/or manage a documentation system
- coordinates activities and appointments
- acts as a source of information
- monitors the progress of own tasks
- picks up signals and takes action on them
